We zijn heel goed in het helpen van bedrijven met hun organisatorische en software-technische problemen en kansen. Maar we zijn een stuk minder goed in het vinden van bedrijven die we kunnen helpen. Daarom zoeken we iemand die ons helpt om met de juiste partijen in gesprek te komen, kansen te identificeren en die ons helpt om onze propositie en strategie te ontwikkelen. En als een project doorgaat, zouden we ook graag jouw commerciële kijk inzetten voor de inhoudelijke vraagstukken. En daar is wel wat creativiteit voor nodig.

Dat vragen wij ons ook af! Maar we denken dat jij onderstaande eigenschappen hebt.
- Je kan goed contact maken met mensen, ook met bijzondere mensen. Wellicht ben je zelf ook wat bijzonder.
- Je ziet altijd kansen. Als ze er niet zijn, maak je ze.
- Je bent creatief, positief en leuk.
- Je hebt natuurlijk meer talent dan acquisitietalent en wil dit ook graag in inhoudelijke projecten inzetten.

Wie zijn wij
Wij zijn een klein team van idealistische technische bedrijfsanalisten en software engineers. We helpen bedrijven om hun product te ontdekken en te concretiseren, de software en product ontwikkeling op te zetten of onder controle te krijgen, en om hun organisatie en bedrijfsprocessen in te richten zodat deze optimaal van software gebruik maakt.

Software Engineer with a life (and a drive)
Of course you want to work on technical challenges and design simple and beautiful software systems for complex and innovative concepts. That’s why we’re not going to make you join the maintenance team of some software product where you have to force new technologies in just to learn something new. We only build new and innovative systems for our customers, and when they reach the production and maintenance stage, we transfer the maintenance responsibility. That’s how we keep things fresh and challenging.
And of course you are happy to work hard to get things done. But you also like enjoying life. We understand that people perform best if they are happy, healthy, and have a proper work-life balance. Who are you
We’re wondering the same thing! We think that you might fit the below profile. If not, don’t worry, you might be the person we don’t know we’ve been looking for.
- You have at least a couple years of experience developing software systems.
- You are a team player, or you secretly dislike people but are very good at not making them notice.
- You appreciate the various areas of Software Engineering that are not coding (such as requirements engineering, testing, architecture), even if you don’t have an interest in doing all those things yourself.
- You have at least one hobby that is not programming. It’s most likely related to science or crafting, or something geeky.
- We usually use Python, Docker, Git, ReactJS and React-Native.We hope you’ve at least heard of them.
Who are we
We’re a small team of idealistic technical business analysts and software engineers. We help companies to invent and define their product, to set up their software and product development or get it under control, and to organize their organization and business processes to optimally use software.
What do we offer
